Worst Water Park Experience – Poor Management & Service

点评：We visited this water park as a group of 100 people, each paying ₹800 per person, expecting a fun and enjoyable day. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor management and uncooperative staff.
1. Ride Timings & Restrictions: The staff forced us to follow specific ride and rain dance timings, rather than allowing free access throughout the day. This was highly inconvenient and ruined our experience.
2. Uncooperative Staff: Instead of assisting or accommodating a large group, the staff was rude and dismissive. Customer service was lacking.
3. Comparison to Other Parks: Having visited world-class parks like Yas Island (Abu Dhabi), Atlantis, Imagica, and Water Kingdom, Heera Recreation & Entertainment (Goa), this park does not even come close in terms of service, organization, and overall experience.
I would not recommend this water park to anyone, especially guests from my hotel. Management needs to seriously improve its operations if they want to compete with other parks.
