Great Experience, Need to Review Photo Process

点评：Our family of four (kids 7/10) booked the Supreme package and had a great experience with the dolphins. The experience felt safe, easy to maneuver, and the trainers were proactive about telling us about the animals and answering questions.
We knew we were going to be held hostage on photos, but spending $600 and then being asked for another $350 for photos with pricing only displayed at the end and in front of the kids just made us leave an otherwise great experience with a bad taste in our mouth. We haggled down to $300 but that’s still more than others paid…at least the photos were good.
I guess this is a “one and done” business where they aren’t after repeat customers, but I think they’d have many more happy customers if they set a fair, non-negotiable price ($200-250…?) and displayed it upfront on their website.
