点评：We had previously been to this restaurant a year prior and had ordered steak with baked potato which is a listed side to any order. We were told at the last minute .. they were out of baked potato. This time we went for lunch and asked, in advance, if there was baked potato and were told no problem. Then again, last minute, we were told they were out of baked potato and as a result the side was hot but they had let the rest of our dinner go cold. Then the manager on staff made a thousand excuses ... the baked potatoes were left over from yesterday .. they don't like serving them anyway and then the only compensation was she threw a business card down and said if we have any complaints to send an email. We did that .. head office has never responded and we even called the head office and were told they will get back to us. It is a bar where all they want is to serve drinks but not serve the public. WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN as it has been two months of no response.
