Originally told 50 minutes by the ESL employee who took our card number after 13 minutes of trying to explain the order to her, we then got cut off.
Phoned again and were immediately transferred to “ Customer Service” who at first said our order didn’t exist, but then found it.
After 60 minutes, we phoned again and were told that our order didn’t exist and were immediately put on hold .After 5 minutes on hold “ Customer Service guy” came back on the line, while it sounded like a party of asians were all talking over each other in the background. After repeatedly saying I couldn’t hear him! The din in the background abruptly stopped and he said our pizza was on its way.
Long story short, 2 hours, repeated phone calls and immense frustration while trying to converse with someone who had rudimentary english skills as was trying to take phone orders.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.
