点评：Took 4 very excited children to Oxygen today, happily jumping for over 30 minutes until my son came up to me as I was sat in the viewing terrace area, and told me he had been rudely spoken to by a staff member and told to get off the trampolines because he had base jump socks on.
I laughed at first thinking he was winding me up and told him to go back playing he must of misheard. He came back up again visibly upset that she had shouted at him to get off.
I went down and spoke to the young girl (long blonde pony tail, attitude to go with it) and asked what was going on.
She then proceeded to talk AT me instead of to me very rudely saying he wasn't to come on anymore unless I buy oxygen socks.
I pointed out we have been many times so far this year with no problems with socks and pointed out other children wearing socks other than oxygen ones. She did not care.
I asked to speak to the manager, she came over and said I must buy their socks or my son will have to sit out and not jump. I just cannot believe the money making scheme this has become!
I did not have extra money for different socks, with it being near the end of half term and the price it costs to enter i just wasn't entertaining the idea of giving more money to these rude people!
I do not care for different designs for the new trampolines as when it first reopened as oxygen it was ok for them to still sell base jump socks!! I've also compared both sets of socks and the base jump ones actually look better for grip!
I asked for a refund as I wasn't spending another second being patronised and belittled the way I was. The fact I have to wait 3-5 days for it back in my account is the most frustrating part!
I will NOT be back with my children.

我要求和经理谈谈，她过来告诉我必须买他们的袜子，不然我儿子就得坐在外面，不能跳。我简直不敢相信这竟然成了赚钱的把戏！
我没有多余的钱买不同的袜子，而且快到期中假期快结束了，入场费又这么贵，我实在不想再给这些粗鲁的人更多的钱！
我不喜欢新蹦床的不同设计，因为当初他们刚重新开放的时候，他们还卖定点跳伞的袜子，这完全没问题！！我也比较了两套袜子，定点跳伞的袜子抓地力确实更好！
我要求退款，因为我不想再忍受别人对我的傲慢和轻视。最让我抓狂的是，我得等3-5天才能把钱退回我的账户！
我再也不会带我的孩子们来这里了。
