点评：They were good for you all until having any issues. I had booked with them last 6 year, was good except name mixed up (they always put the surname/first name on wrong order even though how many times you tell how to do)
My my family had to travel urgently to our home country due to unexpected funeral for one of our parent late last year. Booked total of 4 tickets, 3 of them booked fine but last one they booked only to Auckland to Melbourne (MEL) for the charge of $1900 for single person, ridiculous for someone to book a 3hr flight to 2k (since we paid same amount we didn't realise that they only booked 3hr flight rather than 3+10), because of urgency we didn't look at the ticket till arrived MEL, when we called, had to wait 4 hours and they demanded us to pay EXTRA $1200 and we paid as we have no choice.
After our return we contacted them but very hardly responded, when responding they were blaming us that the agent doesn't know English well, then what's heck they have him on board............. frustrating, illiterate behaviour and with zero ETHICS with putting all the blames to us and not helping
