Blazing Hearth Pizza的点评
点评：Driving East from St George about halfway to Fredonia is the notorious (for bigamist families) town of Hildale/Colorado City. However, this town has come up a long way since the "troubled" days of 10+ years ago. We noticed a pizza truck (Blazing Hearth) off the north side of the main road just on the border between Utah and Arizona. Had a real hankering for pizza so gave this place a shot.
Bought the "everything on it" and were very happy with what we got. It's a small pizza so initially we worried that it looked barely more than a single serving. But the quantity of xnt toppings made this a great meal for 2 (about $15).
Also, it was the best tasting pizza we can remember ever eating. So long as we have the need to travel between St George and points east, we now always stop here for pizza. I hope other people do too and these guys stay around as this is the best pizza we've eaten... anywhere...
