点评：Avoid this hotel – worst holiday experience ever!
Unfortunately, we found out that Loveholidays and this hotel seem to work together in a way that feels like they’re just trying to empty customers’ pockets. It was honestly the worst holiday we’ve ever had, and we weren’t the only ones—everyone we spoke to felt the same.
1. The outdoor swimming pool was closed in April, even though the weather was hot. There was no information about this beforehand, which felt very dishonest.
2. The indoor pool was tiny and far too deep for children—completely unsuitable for families.
3. Shockingly, there was no lifeguard at the indoor pool, which is unbelievably unsafe.
4. The food was a total disaster. My wife and I ended up eating only salad for both lunch and dinner, and our kids could only eat chips. How can a large hotel with international guests not provide decent food? It’s a basic expectation!
5. The all-inclusive package didn’t include most drinks—only beer was free. We had to pay for everything else, which defeats the point of “all-inclusive.”
6. The entertainment was terrible. After dinner, everyone just sat around in the lobby because there was nothing else to do. That’s when we realized we weren’t the only ones who felt misled by the hotel and the booking website.
The only positives were the location, right next to the beach, and the friendly staff—but sadly, that wasn’t enough to save the experience.
If you’re planning a family holiday and looking for somewhere fun, relaxing, and worth the money, look elsewhere. This hotel is not it.
