点评：This was my first poke experience when I landed. Highly rated and well worth it driving into Chinatown. My cousins and I ordered the ume & shio, mix maguro donburi, chutoro & shoyu and the king salmon combo with a side of uni. Wow everything here was so fresh and buttery. Prices are reasonable. The fish to rice ratio is perfect. Speaking with one of the chefs they get their ingredients locally or through Japan every other day. Its a small location located in a small indoor shopping center with plenty of other food vendors. Lines here are pretty small and they prep your food really quickly. I am really pick with my sushi. The tuna, salmon and uni were definitely fresh. My cousins and I kept talking about Maguro being our favorites. There is outdoor dining right in the center of the shopping center. Parking is limited to street or garage parking. Highly recommend this place if you want qualify poke and better cuts of fish.
