The reality though, is the oven is not a real Italian fired oven, but only designed to look something like one. The front is open like one, but inside the oven on the back is a gas fired window where you can actually see a flame. Thing is, the flame is just for looks, it is not doing the cooking. Ordering a pizza in the store is setup like a cafeteria or Subway line. You either build your own, or order from menu. My pizza, a Meat Lovers large, wasn't in their makeshift overn for more than 5 min, and came out half cooked. The crust was chewy, certainly not crisp. The top was about half cooked. I've actually been to Italy and ate real Italian pizza, and this just ain't it, not by a longshot.
