点评:We booked a private tour for our day in port during our Alaskan cruise. When we arrived in Sitka (and finally had cell service), we had a message that the tour had been cancelled. I emailed and texted to find out what was going on (since this was to have been our main activity in port). After an hour or so I received a message that the captain was sick. Then a few more hours later I received a message that there was a problem with their Coast Guard paperwork. I was told that I would get a refund that might take up to 30 days. After that time with no refund I wrote to ask what was going on. No response. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I hadn't heard anything from the company (it's been over a month and a half) until yesterday I received an email telling me that they've added me to some business networking site. Not appropriate at all! Needless to say, I am not happy with Sitka Sound Tours and would not recommend them to anyone traveling to Sitka.
