点评：My partner and I planned to stay here while we were in Estes Park in March 2022 and we ended up leaving in less than 15 min. The place was run down, room was dark and dingy, and the host creeped us out. Pictures that we saw seem like they may have been from years ago - there was debris around the front porch and outside, and no signs marking the place. The room was also dingy and the fancy shower advertised looked old and in disrepair- he even warned us that sometimes the water doesnt drain well. The service was unprofessional - he didn't greet or check us in at the beginning and instead was just trying to talk to us when we were clearly tired and wanting to get to our room. He did not pick up on cues that we wanted space and was talking right through our comments - something felt very off. Note that the room was just a like a bedroom in the host's house - and the host (who creeped us out) would have been hanging around the whole time. We were hoping for a romantic getaway but felt very uncomfortable staying.
Seems like old reviews from pre-pandemic were more positive - we were apparently the first guests post-pandemic, and the only guests staying at the bnb. It felt to us like a horror movie waiting to happen - truly scary and we felt relieved to get out of there. It's possible the place has just not been kept up since pre-covid. Unfortunately we had to sign for payment and couldn't cancel any of the 3 days, because they have a policy where there are no refunds on cancellations within 30 days. Very disappointed and would not recommend!
