点评：I usually make it a point to visit art museums or good galleries when I travel to a new city. While in SLC, I visited the Utah Museum of Fine Art and some 'galleries' but nothing was very special. On my last day, I ventured over to Anthony's and so glad that I did. The space is an old converted Methodist(?) church. There was so many amazing paintings. It really was like going through a smaller but very nice quality art museum. Anthony and his son are very knowledgeable about the art, artists, pedigree, history of the paintings (there are other reviews here that note Anthony's son's educational background in art history).
If you love art, love to admire and study amazing paintings and sculpture, by all means you should try to make it a point to come by Anthony's. The Utah Museum of Fine Art, was quite expensive, and by comparison, was not nearly as interesting as Anthony's. If you only have time for one, IMO, Anthony's is the better option.
