点评：Have been going to Tsunami for at least 12 years, if not more. It used to be a great place to dine.
Today, we had chicken quesadillas. There was no cheese in them, and all of the ingredients (chicken & onions) fell out as we tried to eat them.
Also ordered chillo entero, which we've been ordering religiously for years...
Ordered the one+ pound. It was so over-fried, it couldn’t be cut with a knife, much less eaten. The server took it back and explained that it was our mistake... "the larger the fish, the easier it is to cook it properly". Perhaps we should have ordered 2 or even 3 pounds - at $28 per pound...!
The replacement was edible but still over-fried.
So, they are basically saying, the larger the fish (maybe $60-80), the less chance you get a fish NOT over cooked? Seriously?
If you can’t cook a small fish properly, then don’t put it on your menu. We won’t be going back, and it’s disappointing, because we frequented this place about once a week through the years.
We have known you personally, for MANY years, Julio!!!
