点评：Honestly leaving this place shocked last night and will never be returning.
Instead of having what should have been a respectful & dignified conversation about some issues we raised with our food, which we were regretful about sharing, we ended up in a row with the general manager who not only told us we were wrong in how we felt about the dishes but also got very defensive and proceeded to be incredibly rude to my friend, bordering on aggressive. In the end he told her to “get on her bike and leave” after telling her to “be quiet”. Worth mentioning that this was in front of many other tables.
He was forcefully suggesting that the chefs cook us replacement food when we said we didn’t want any, clearly with his eyes on the money rather than customer satisfaction.
I’ve never experienced such rudeness and argumentative attitude from a restaurant before, especially considering the regretful tone in which we addressed these issues.
I am a huge advocate for supporting local businesses.. but unfortunately this one doesn’t deserve it. I’m truly shocked and it’s made me feel very uncomfortable that he would speak to two guests this way.
