泰坦尼克文物展的点评
点评：I absolutely loved this!!! Easy location to find. Ample parking (free). I got the VIP package and I highly recommend it for the VR experience. They greet you and give you a card/boarding pass of a passenger and they take your picture. At the end there's a glass tribute that lists all the passengers and who survived and who didn't so you can see if the passenger you were given lived or died. It wasn't busy and you don't feel rushed. The layout and design of the place is well thought out. The displays are great and very detailed. The interactive screens are there too. I learned so much from the history that was told about the history of the ship and important figures and people. There were some areas that had the breakdown of the lack of communication and it was very disheartening to know that this tragedy could've possibly been avoided or more survivors. There's a lot of short clips to watch. A lot of photo opportunities. A room that was cold with an actual size lifeboat I guess to mimic the the conditions of when the ship sanked. It had a video that detailed the accident through the sinking. Brought it into clarity how few were on the lifeboats and how many more they could've held. You're free to roam around and circle back to any room/ display. I did the VR experience and was blown away by how real it felt. I didn't feel dizzy. My stomach did drop at one point because of how realistic it felt. It was totally worth the additional cost. There was a room where you could write a note and post on a while if you chose to do so. At the end there was a gift shop and a small cafe. I got the option of a picture or free magnet. The picture could be placed with several different option backgrounds. Overall, I really enjoyed myself. It's very detailed and immersive. I'd recommend for anyone of any age to go.
