点评：An extraordinary experience, choreographed to deliver delight for all of our senses while immersed in an understated environment designed to enrich our enjoyment. Greeted as you enter, and informed at each step of the journey, every whisper amplified our anticipation of the experience.
Each of the attentive professionals that guided us through this journey - from expertly prepared cocktails, previews of the menu, pairing perfectly balanced libations for each course - greatly enhanced the main event.
The meal was meticulously prepared and served by a true artisan in a mesmerizing ballet as we watched while time stood still. Each of the plates set before us delivered subtle scents, savory flavors, and wide-ranging textures that delivered a truly sublime experience.
Our finest compliments to the watchful team that quietly guided us through the evening, including the sous chefs that remained unseen. It was our highest honor to have been served by the incomparable Executive Chef J. Trent Harris.
