点评:My title is misleading but not totally inaccurate. We almost gave-up visiting as our first pass at the small parking lot a block in front of the Museum found it full. Figuring we would find street parking we discovered most street parking was not allowed or the few spaces were full. Made one last drive thru of the lot and got lucky. Better yet, while it is a pay for parking lot; sundays are free.
Walked to what we thought was MOHAI and discovered it was not but rather it was a wooden boat museum. MOHAI is a block behind with no accessible parking for visitors. So we walked over and saw a sign suggesting no toilets in museum so you are to use unisex ones at next door cafe. One of those two toilets would not flush.
On the plus side, we avoided the $25 pp entrance fee to MOHAI because we are members of an Art Museum that has a reciprocal arrangement with certain museums around the US.
Museum is interesting, primarily shedding light on the formation and development of Seattle. It is well maintained (and actually, does have public toilets). It closes at 5 pm and we got there about 3:30 pm after the parking and walking fiascos so we did feel a bit rushed.
