Poor service level and long waiting time.

点评：Poor judging staff and rude owner.
Came in for lunch with two kids. Waited for 35-40 mimutes to place an order. Didn't even seem to be very busy but staff were busy talking with other dutch people.
Then waited another 25 minutes for kid to have her fries and nuggets served. And then 10-15 to get the pancales ordered for junior served along with my ceasar salad.
Camplained to the waiter that it had taken too long. The owner then came out and told that we could just find somewhere else if we didn't like to wait. Well, how was I to know that they were so slow.
I'm fine with waiting for food to be prepared. But I'm not fine with poor understanding of the customer overall experience.
If they prepare all fresh (as they claimed) they should also be able to inform about waiting time and to time the serving so that one in the group is not done before the rest are served.
So my recommendation to others: avoid the waiting time and choose one of the many other places around
