点评:Placed online order via Jollibee website for 13 orders of 2 pc chicken. ... Order was confirmed at 11:23 and my card was charged real time... After 2 hours of waiting, no delivery came and status on tracker is still for pick up... Called Jollibee Time Square, they cannot provide any status other than waiting for driver... I was told that I should have use UBER EATS to order as it is better than door dash. Who will know that i should order at Uber Eats rather than Jollibee website..... At the end... i just cancelled my order and was told that credit back will take 3-5 days... very bad experience on this store.
Jollibee should revisit monitoring process of online orders waiting for delivery. If in certain period of time that order is not being pick up by delivery company then next action should be taken. Had I not made a follow up call, I will not know that we are waiting for nothing.
