点评：I want to begin by acknowledging the friendly demeanor of the owners at Origami Ink, a quality that initially drew me to the store. Having purchased several pens from them as gifts for friends and coworkers, I was excited when my wife decided to gift me a wood surface pen for Christmas.
Unfortunately, my enthusiasm turned into disappointment after using the pen just once. The ink leaked, causing significant damage to the beautiful wood grain. I promptly returned to the store, where the owner inspected the pen and informed me that the nib was broken. They offered to send the pen to the manufacturer for repairs.
The pen came back and the ink stains were still all over the pen, and the unexpected revelation came that fixing the wood on the broken pen would incur an extra $60. Although the owner highlighted the fact that the nib replacement was done free of charge, it felt inadequate considering the pen had been sold to me in a broken condition.
In the end, I find myself with an ink-stained pen and an unforeseen expense for repairing the damage. While the nib now works, the overall experience has left me disappointed, and I feel compelled to share this in the hope that others can make informed decisions when considering purchases from Origami Ink.
