点评：We at the Jim Joseph Foundation in SF had the pleasure of hiring BATS for a Team Building IMPROV class on 1/18, and I must say it was an incredible experience. Our team members thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, and here's a summary of our feedback:
Learned Tools, Skills, and Games:
The workshop introduced us to valuable tools, skills, and games that we're excited to apply in both our work and personal lives. From quick thinking and gratitude exercises to active listening and the art of storytelling, BATS provided a diverse range of activities. We particularly enjoyed using different communication methods tailored to different people, finding common ground through verbal and non-verbal games, and the engaging "that's just what I needed" game.
Most Enjoyable Part:
The gift gratitude exercise stood out as a personal favorite, combining quick thinking with fun. The interactive nature of finding three things in common with colleagues and the short, playful interactions were also highlights. The workshop fostered connections among coworkers, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
