The Neighbors的点评
点评：I have been here twice. I tried to like this place. I really did. It has some good points about it. But the bad overwhelms the good.
The good: It’s a bigger place. Room to stretch out. Tables are spaced correctly. The outdoor deck is very nice. It’s not too loud. The drinks are very good. My Moscow Mule was in a hammer copper mug, as it should be, and it tasted great. The waiter was very attentive and came back numerous times to make sure we were taken care of. Bathroom very clean. So what’s not to like?
The bad: In a word, food. It’s sports bar fare here, which is fine. But each time I ordered, and no matter what I ordered, the chicken was HAMMERED. Not just a little bit. I talking chicken jerky. I ordered six wings on Thursday special. They were grilled wings. The first wing I picked up was mangled. I honestly couldn’t tell if it was a drummie or a flat. I wondered what kind of life this little wing a=had endured to look like that. Chernobyl came to mind. It was inedible. It was jerky as were the rest of the wings in the basket. So sad.
I also had their BBQ chicken salad. Even more disappointing. A slab of sliced (again) jerky chicken on a bed of flattened soggy lettuce. Nothing was crisp about this salad. Mush.
I’ll never go back. I’ve had enough. Fire your chef!
