点评：Pre-COVID we took the trip from Milwaukee to Waterford a few times a summer to enjoy he rooftop deck, tiki bar and dinner. We couldn't wait to go back this summer. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the poor service. No more copper cups for the Moscow Mules. The bar tender told us that it doesn't matter and that plastic cups are just the same. [Excuse me?] We ordered dinner at the bar and then took a seat at a table. The person who we thought was a server asked if we wanted another drink. She brought our drinks and food (with no napkins or plastic ware). She never checked with us. We approached her to bring plastic ware and she just brought forks. By the time she came back we were done eating and ready to go by that point rather than order another drink". We let the hostess know on our way out about the service, instead of just apologizing, she made excuses saying that they didn't have wait staff upstairs and if we needed anything we should have told the bar tender. [Hugh?]. Apparently the. young lady's job was just to give us our food and bus?? No one, not even the young lady herself told us that we had to go to the bar if we needed anything. The whole thing was weird. Knowing she was young, and restaurants are strapped, our intention wasn't to complain, just to let them know that more training needs to be done. But instead we were blown off with excuses for a less than average experience. With gas at $4+ a gallon, I'm not sure we'll be taking another trip out there.
