Nice hotel…poor customer service
Comfort Inn Huntington near University area的点评
点评：I want to preface this review to say the hotel was very nice. It was clean, bed comfortable, water hot & AC cold. So if you need a regular room go for it.
On 7/9/25, I received confirmation of my phone call to the hotel for 2 queen bed accessible room for my grandson & myself. I have some mobility issues but need either roll in shower or lower tub with grab bars as well as the higher toilet. We arrived, I checked in with a very nice young lady whose name escapes me. I was told our room was on the 2nd floor & not accessible. As I questioned her, Jimmy another front desk person said there was an accessible room blocked for a Sara Marshall. I said that’s me. Well, the assistant manager, Susan left the gentleman not handicap to stay in the room another night. Instead of moving him to the 2nd floor room. She said there was no note about the room for me which I debate & she said apparently the woman with man didn’t want to come down from 2nd floor to smoke outside. Susan acted like she was doing me a favor by putting us in a queen efficiency. I received no reason why I did not get accessible room. I was unable to take a shower or bath as I could not physically get in the tub. Toilet was a challenge to get up off because it was low. This is totally unacceptable & I will be speaking with manager. Susan offered no apology nor tried to make it right.
So if you are in need of an accessible room Beware. We were in town for DCI at the stadium & we had no other option as hotels were booked.

所以，如果你需要无障碍房间，请注意。我们来这里是为了参加DCI的体育场赛事，酒店都订满了，我们别无选择。
