Chambers Bay Distillery - Production Facilty的点评
点评：Their new digs are very nice right across from Whole Foods in a relatively new area of shopping and eating on Bridgeport Way. We had both drinks and some food. The Vodka cocktails were both strong and tasty, but somewhat limited with bartenders who did not really seem familiar with standard Vodka cocktails not on their menu. What we found disappointing was the lack of vegetarian options for their nibbles and food. The one flatbread option, the caprese was lacking much cheese and tomatoes of any kind. The warm brie was heavy on the bread with few crackers and whoa be the peanut allergy person who orders this as the nuts they served on top of the Brie and along side were almost exclusively peanuts. I counted 2 almonds. We certainly could have ordered their only charcuterie board that had meat included and we were told sorry they’re premade so no substitutions. This is absolutely not true and clearly the company is not familiar with substituting the meat with more cheese and or nuts and olives. My husband did like the vodka enough to buy a bottle but not sure if we’d go back except with friends/family who wanted to try it and certainly not as a place to get any sort of decent food.
