点评：My teenage son and I stopped by for an early dinner, parked in front and came in to find a sign saying something like To be seated, check in at the pie counter. We looked around everywhere but couldn’t find the pie counter and came close to leaving, feeling confused and unwelcome, but finally found a waiter to ask. Things thankfully went uphill from there, and the food was good if hugely generous portions. My son had an enormous serving of fried chicken (whole breast, whole thigh, drumstick, and wing) and mashed potatoes. He loved it, just too much. I had the French dip, really good, with a side salad. We also had a whole loaf of bread marinated in garlic oil.
If was apparently free pie day, so in spite of being really full we split a slice of caramel apple pie. Good thing it was free, as it wasn’t that good.
Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Would come again, just know ahead of time how large the portions are, where to check in, and not to order pie.
