点评:Have you ever tried something new in a restaurant and stopped mid-chew with your mouth open - kind of like you're having a stroke? This was my first time here and perhaps my expectations were lower because, after all, its bar food, right? We ordered Cheese curds. My friend reassured me that they were a "guilty pleasure". I thought they were really good, then, I moved my attention to my Grilled Cheese Sandwich (pretty standard, right?) and after my first bite I believe I said, "What is this?!" I stared at it to try to figure out why it was so outstanding and figured out that it was cheese that was grilled and then placed inside of the sandwich, and I kept eating it and said, "no, its something else". So I disassembled my sandwich to find those Cheese Curds inside the both-sides grilled bread and with bacon and 'some kind of sauce'. Just "OMG What-is-this?" good. Then my friend said I had to try the Quinoa Salad (not my thing) and I took a bite and just stared at it. I'm not a food photograph guy - but I wanted to take selfies with this stuff. I washed it down with a draft Kombucha because I just didn't want a beer, and I wanted to take a bucket of it home. This is a smart lively place, a great chef in the back, smart marketing and food that punches waaaay over its weight.
