Amanda, Kylan, and Fiona provided outstanding service recently as my family navigated the new menu choices, placed our order, and made various requests. They were extremely polite, hospitable, and accommodating, demonstrating true professionalism throughout our visit. Their assistance extended beyond just taking our order, making our experience even more enjoyable.
Pros:
• Exceptional customer service
• Friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Delicious new menu items (Tried the Chicken Bacon Rancher and Southwest Ranch Salad)
• Staff went above and beyond to assist
Cons:
• Sandwiches are a bit light on the fillings (chicken and meat)
Additionally, this has been the kindest and friendliest Panera we've visited. We deeply appreciate the excellent service and look forward to our next visit.
Overall, a fantastic experience! Thank you!
