Great experience, outstanding value
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salem By IHG的点评
点评：At age 72 I've stayed in many motels. I just wanted to compliment the staff and in particular the manager Desmond Dinkins for the outstanding service. We were a biking group and were allowed to bring our often very expensive bikes into the rooms at night. Every request was fulfilled with a warm and genuine helpfulness. The breakfast was outstanding, 3 or more fresh fruits, 3 hot dishes all prepared very well. For example, the potatoes were not greasy and over salted. There were multiple types of breads, biscuits, pastry's and cereals. multiple juices, milk, coffee, teas and much more. The rooms looked newly refurbished and had all the standard amenities like mini fridge, iron, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker and more. You could not ask for a better experience even at much more expensive motels and for this price it was an incredible value. Im sure much had to do with the manager Dinkins and the kitchen staff who were very helpful also.
