My favourite cafe needs to make some changes.

点评：I've been going to the cafe in Runcorn since it opened and loved it but have seen a deterioration in the cafe. It was much better when they made the food on the premises because now when they run out, that's it. They can't just make you another sandwich. I also wish that they'd return to the choice of sandwiches that they used to sell a while ago.
Also the ice cream should be a separate queue like it was previously. It was working well then. For some reason they moved the ice cream counter to the till end and it takes ages now to be served when it's busy, specially in school holidays.
The worst thing of all is all the dogs that are allowed in. It's horrible when they start barking and yapping and some small dogs practicality sitting on the tables or sniffing the table. There is a sign that warns the dogs will have to be removed if they bark too much but this isn't enforced. Not enough staff to carry out I don't think (staff are lovely). It's a shame but it's putting me off from going there now.
