Disappointing in some areas
Globales Condes de Alcudia的点评
点评：We have just returned from a week all inclusive at Globales Condes de Alcudia.
Its in a great location and the entire hotel is lovely and clean. The room was serviced well and clean towels were left daily. The beds were very comfortable and we had a mountain view on the quieter side of the hotel so we slept well. We thought the food was excellent, plenty of choice, it was well presented and tasty. The drinks were also good and there were points to fill up water bottles.
We had a nice roomy balcony, however the room was small. There was no enough drawers to store clothes. For some strange reason there was a desk and chair in the room which we thought was a waste of space. A chest of drawers would be far more practical.
We experienced two power cuts during the week and the WiFi was dreadful. We went to a neighbouring hotel and got the WiFi code from there for a much better signal.
The bathroom was small but the walk in shower was wonderful, However, you had to limbo dance under the wash basin to sit on the toilet!!!
There are 244 rooms and just two very small lifts this was totally inadequate and resulted in a lot of waiting around. The lifts were also very hot.
The pool area was tiny in comparison to the size of the hotel. Guests were reserving sunbeds before 7am and there just wasn't enough space, sunbeds or parasols. We found it far too crowded and went to the beach instead. In addition, there were no pool towels provided which we expect when all inclusive.
The very loud scraping of chairs in the dining room was unfortunate so we tried to eat outside when possible.
In the main, the staff were friendly and worked hard to ensure we had a good stay. However, we found the reception staff unhelpful and unreliable.
