点评：We have been to many restaurants over the years and even this one in the past so when we had to wait for a long time for our food it really was not that big of a deal, however we did notice that two tables that were both seated after us got their meals first and there were less people at our table, but we would have overlooked that. My mother ordered a taco salad that was mainly lettuce. We both had chicken tortilla soup which had a good flavor but it was cold. The shrimp bowl that I ordered was okay. I liked the shrimp and vegetables but was not too fond of the lime sauce. My mother was not pleased and decided to let the manager know about her salad. The manager was rude and he basically said that he did not know what toppings were on her salad so he could not judge the salad itelf to know if it was fixed the right way. He did mention that the salad comes with 4 ounces of meat. Well that is fine but 4 ounces of meat on top of half a head of lettuce is mainly just lettuce. I also mentioned about the soup being cold when it was brought to the table. His response was rude about this as well asking me if he should take it back to be heated up. I never said anything about the shrimp bowl. My family was not trying to get a free meal but he made us feel like that's what we were trying to do. We just wanted him to know to make it better in the future. If he would have been more polite and just apologized it would have been fine. At least it would have felt like something was being done. He offered to take off the soups and salad but he was rude about it and since he was rude I agreed for him to do that. He was even rude to his employees constantly yelling out orders to them. Everyone else was nice and we still tipped. Someone please call Gordon Ramsey!
