点评：My 5 year old was jumping in the designated area for under 7 years old. A 16 year old was jumping in the same area and ended up giving my child a black eye. Staff was not supervising the area, I had to locate staff. Staff was of zero help and then could not seem to understand why I was so upset that I was yelling. Again staff was zero help and caused more aggravation and the parents whose kid hit my kid began to cuss me out bc I yelled at his 16 year old who was to be watching his little brother. The reason for him to jump according to them should be allowed bc he was watching his little brother??? Yes by all means watch your brother but from the sides. Don’t come and jump! I was watching from the sides and saw it happen. I did not come and jump!! But the convo kept going in circles. I didn’t degrade or talk verbally abusive back to the parent. But I was very baffled by staffs terrible attitude. They offered ice for the injury. I asked for a refund and got it. Also can you be staff when you are 15 at this place? Are the employees old enough? I wanted to also complain about the “minor” staff. Terrible.
