I was moved to room 600, which also had bugs, although fewer, but this room faced a rock wall instead of the view I expected.
The hotel staff, including Diego, Terri, and the housekeeper, were polite and tried their best to assist me during my stay, which I appreciated. However, the corporate response from Jordan to my situation was uncompassionate and dismissive. Despite my respectful handling of the inconvenience, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer.
I travel frequently and initially enjoyed the layout of the hotel, so I had planned to return. But after this experience and the lack of care shown by corporate, I cannot recommend staying here. Bugs, a downgrade in room view, and poor customer service from corporate have made me reconsider ever booking with Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville N. Skyline again.
