点评：Back in March 2023, we went to Soul Fish on Germantown. One person ordered blackened salmon. It was burnt. We didn't say anything, just paid for our meals and left. This past Sunday, June 25th, we went again. One person ordered the blackened salmon. It was also burnt. The meat between the burnt outsides was bland and unseasoned. Even though everyone wasn't finished eating, the waitress began asking to take our dishes. My husband got a piece of the burnt salmon and agreed that it was burnt and unseasoned. When our waitress wouldn't make eye contact with any of us, my husband told another waitress our issue. She told our waitress who NEVER returned to the table. We're waiting on the tab. Finally, a woman came, identified herself as a manager, but not her name. My husband began the conversation with"I just wanted you to know that the blackened salmon is burnt.". She immediately said there's nothing she can do. She stated we should have mentioned it earlier so another one could be prepared. We weren't asking for, nor did we WANT, another one. We will NEVER go back to this location again and will tell our friends about our experiences.
