点评：We went there to use our birthday certificate for a free hamburger. We got there and they informed us that we had to spend an extra what five dollars in order to use our certificate. Which to me is absolutely horrible nothing was mentioned in the coupon at all. We tried to talk to the manager and she was not willing to budge at all. So we all got up and left. And said we will never be coming back here again. I know they're slowly going out of business but still come on that's a bait and switch type thing they get you in there then they want you to spend more money than what you're willing to spend. Just wanted a hamburger and a glass of water like I always get there. In previous experiences at that establishment we've noticed how it's deteriorating. They can never get enough help in the place and who suffers the customer. Last time we were there the waitress just kept walking past us didn't even ask us if we needed to refill or if everything is okay. Absolutely despicable.
