Paypal refused my appeal. Subway, when contacted, sent my email to the owner who assured me that her manager would look into it. I have contacted the owner by email every 7 days and she REFUSES to even contact me back.

On top of that, we have visited this Subway 3 times. We won't be going back EVER. Every time, we order a double meat steak and cheese. 2 out of 3 of those times, the workers have put 1.5 times the meat. That is a deluxe which doesn't exist in Subway formulas now. They hope you don't notice so they can pocket the money.
So if you go to this store, be sure you don't use their website, have no problems that needs customer service to fix, and WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK when you order. Make sure you get what you pay for.
