点评：I have sent three complaints in to IHG about this with no response.
The hotel interior was absolutely filthy. The hallway and stairs caked in mud. We had to walk carefully throughout to avoid getting the mud on our shoes. I keep my garage cleaner.
It seems that this hotel had a lot of construction workers staying in it, and those guests wore their mud-covered boots throughout the hotel with nobody cleaning up after them.
I understand that hotels can have workers staying for extended periods, but if those are your guests, you have to hire someone to clean up after them.
On top of that, the pool was closed with no note on the website. If I had to guess, I am guessing they closed the pool so the construction workers didn’t also make a giant mess of that, too.
I was beyond disgusted by the filthy condition of the hotel.
