The Blue Bell Inn的点评
点评：We often visit the blue smoke upstairs which is great however thought we'd try the bluebell restaurant for a change and won't be returning. We were with family from abroad who were quite staggered by the bad service overall and the attitude of the waitress. Food overall wasnt great apart from the chips! My husband and I ordered the butternut risotto which was like warm, not cooked fully (past Al dente) and not a butternut squash in sight. It was basically undercooked rice is a sauce which didn't taste that great and was just bland, the worst risotto I've ever had. . We didn't like to make a fuss as we were hungry and were with family however when the waitress if everything was ok I thought I'd give some gentle feedback that it wasn't great. The waitress went to see the chef, and I felt I'd been told off and she came back with the chefs response! I was told in a very factual way that this is how it should be and the butternut squash is in the sauce. I didn't go any further to advise the food was undercooked as knew there was absolutely no point as they obviously aren't interested in constructive feedback in the response we got. Will definitely not return to the bluebell but would always recommend the blue smoke as they do great pizzas.
