点评：My boyfriend decided to surprise me last night. I had suggested Arby's. He went to Doc Watson's knowing I love their burgers. He placed the order sitting at the bar, had a beer He waited an hour. While waiting, he noticed other people that came in at the same time already getting their food. He even gave up his seat at the bar. He had already paid and gave the bartender a $10 tip . The order arrived and he asked for some Sriracha sauce. The bartender said we don't have any Sriracha sauce to go. He only wanted a little bit for his burger. The guy should have offered him a bottle so he could put it on and go. Really rude! I called to speak to the manager. Heather said she would look into the matter and call me back. No call back. After 20 years of our business we will never be back again! Rude and poor customer service! We usually go there every week with an average of $50 spent. We will take our business elsewhere!
