点评:Had coupon 5/$5 after 5pm. Got there exactly 5pm. One customer ahead of me. Manager laughing about weighing bills on machine on counter, completely ignoring us. Cashier finally acknowledged customer in front of me 5 minutes later, who had same coupon. Watched woman putting together the roast beef sandwiches a small piece at a time, wrapping and casually, literally tossing a foot away instead of setting them down. With no other customers in the place or drive-through, it took 15 minutes for me to place my order for 5 regular roast beef sandwiches from walking in to walking out.
This place obviously needs to learn the meaning of "customer service" (manager could have apologized for delay instead of ignoring us) and "fast food" as well as not tossing food even a short distance.
fyi- Arby's was my first job way back when and it doesn't take more than a couple minutes to have 5 sandwiches prepared and wrapped for bagging.
Also, husband went to different location around same time with same coupon and walked out within a few minutes.
