Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Battleford By IHG的点评
点评：I will never stay at this place ever again in my life and will let everyone I know passing through to avoid this place. My wife and I reserved a room a few hours before arriving to North Battleford. When we arrived there were people just dropped off from a large bus. I should’ve known better than to check in but we needed a good sleep for next days travels. The staff checking us in definitely seemed overwhelmed with the group. The girl that checked us in never had me fill out any paperwork as she was too busy with personal texts that I could see briefly. I really didn’t know if she was taking pictures of my Visa card or not. She took my card number and gave us room card and carried on texting. By 10 pm the hallways were busy with younger people running up and down banging doors and such. My wife called the front desk to complain. Nothing was resolved. By 11:30 pm I called the front desk and was told that they have no access to the security cameras. I then told her we would be leaving and better not be getting charged for a situation that they couldn’t control. I talked with the front desk girl as we left and she figured that I could be refunded. We then drove 3 hours at midnight and then slept in our car for a few hours. We waited a few days for refund and nothing was done. I called again. A young man then told me that it would take 5-7 days. Still no refund. I proceeded to call there to talk with the manager about the situation but she was always busy and couldn’t talk. Her puppets kept telling me that it’s not their policy to refund money to customers. I’m making it my policy to tell people to avoid that place and let others know that there is absolutely no customer service. I felt that they stole from me by charging me $182 for a situation that they couldn’t control. I would’ve settled for a refund as I understand that they couldn’t control the issue of unruly people.
