点评：While set in a forest beside a beautiful lake the highlight of the resor is arguably the amazing restaurant. Felix and Mary were terrific hosts - their recommendations for dining and their discrete attention to our needs were exceptional. The table d'hôte was an incredible value - we went twice during our stay. Dinosaur size but filet mignon tender beef ribs, BEET (yes not beef!) carpaccio, black cod, braised lamb shank not to mention the best pistachio cake we've ever had (the other desserts we sampled were superb) to name but a few of the dishes that were outstanding. Tonight's amuse bouche was a mouthwatering beef tartare - sublime and superb. It is definitely worth making a trip to dine if you are in the area or if skiing at Mt Tremblant or other ski hills in northern Quebec. We reserved our last night to dine here againto spoil ourselves... again... and were not disappointed. We'll be back!
