Worse service I’ve ever experienced at a kids establishment.

点评：I had a very disappointing experience at Sky Zone that I feel compelled to share. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were not only unhelpful but also dismissive when I raised concerns. Even worse, there were serious issues with supervision and safety. Children were left unsupervised in certain areas, and when I attempted to alert staff, I was met with indifference.
To make matters worse, I experienced harassment from one of the staff members. When I attempted to address the situation, it was brushed aside as if it didn’t matter. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that markets itself as family-friendly.
I expected a fun, safe environment, but instead I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and deeply concerned about how they run this facility. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially those with young children
