点评：We went yesterday for a late lunch (Tuesday), group of about fourteen of us, where I was taking a group from one of our larger clients out for a Christmas lunch.
(I should note that my wife and i go to the sorrentinos in st albert very regularly, and the menus are pretty much the same, but this location was more suitable for this luncheon. i would also say the lounge here is very nice, and their lounge offerings/happy-hour seemed a bit better)
Showed up at 2pm and were seated promptly in the lounge.
As everyone got settled, we started with a few adult-pops, and got caught up a bit, and took a little time to review the menus.
Ordered a few shareables to start....meat and cheese boards, the prawns and calamari, and a few orders of wings to keep it simple.
All our starters came out in a timely manner and everything was very good. Zero complaints there.
Everyone ordered their mains, mixed orders of pasta and other dishes.
All meals came out at the same time, were freshly prepared and nothing came out cold or had to be sent back. I thought this was pretty good for certain with the size of our group and that everyone ordered different dishes. Everything made it to the right people, and i did not hear any complaints. Few of us even had leftovers to take home. Some of our group had never been, so was happy that everything went well.
Service was absolutely top notch this visit. Our server was Ximena and she couldnt have done much better. She made sure everyone was looked after, meals were correct, kept waters filled, and everyone was very impressed. Glenn (manager) was there to help ensure everything went smooth also, especially with the size of our group.
All in all an excellent experience for our group and would highly recommend if youre looking for a large group meal.
Easy to recommend and will definitely go back in the future. Great food and even better service.
