点评：This restaurant in the small town of Dillsboro, NC, has a reputation as one of the best steak places in Western NC. We went to take a look at the annual Art Walk the town puts on each July. The restaurant is large, with a nice outdoor seating area on the patio or on a covered porch. The inside kind of reminded me of an old fashioned Western saloon. Red wall paper, dark wood, etc. It also has a large bar. The interior is due for a facelift I would say. The place is a steak house. Three of us had the 8 0z. prime filet. It was so tender that you hardly had to use your knife. Very good. Plus you get a big garden salad and a baked potato as part of the meal's price. One person had the mahi-mahi, and said it was very good. Our server, Parker, a student at Western Carolina University that is nearby, was excellent. A real go getter. Overall, a good experience with good friends.
