Personally not recommended to book trips with Coral Belle if you will be guided with the Team like Mr Kevin (arrogant)

点评：Went to Catamaran Trip on Coral Princess on 23 March 2025 (09:30 to 15:30) at Ile Plate. Very bad experience with the Guide Mr Kevin. When entering the Boat, an Indian woman wanted to go to the Toilet but entered in wrong place.. Mr kevin told his colleague where that women is going rudely..'' fam la kot p ale kumsa''.
The briefing was ok with Mr Kevin(English n French) but the way he talked is a bit arrogant.. Me personally feel that he is someone didn't want to mingle with customers. Very bad communication.
we were told at the reception that the boat will go at Ile Gabriel and leave the customer and thereafter will leave us a group of 9 persons at Ile Plate. However, the guide did not mention for Ile Plate and we told him what we were informed that the reception. Mr kevin arrogantly told us that he was not aware about Ile plate and would not go there.. He even told us to call at the reception ourself to confirm but however, we were right that the team should leave us at Ile Plate.
The Guide told us that alcohol drink will be served only during lunch time but soft drink, juice, water would be served right not.. Was surprise that no alcohol drink during our trip to Ile plate.
I ordered drinks for myself n family at the bar, Mr Kevin told me that i was disturbing him from serving other client very rudely.. he even told me to go there and sat and admire that sea... ok i admitted that i did not wait for my turn to be served but order likewise.. however i way he told me in creole language was very rudely and i was disappointing and hesitated to ask for further help/information.
Very during lunch, we were told that he would serve us Grill Chicken, fish and sausage once and if some was left then he would give us... at that time we considered ourselves like a dog.. remaining food would be given to us..
