点评：We like Aquila Pizza Al Forno very much. We have eaten there a few times. The pizzas are delicious and the wait staffers are friendly. On our last visit on December 28 we had a problem, though. We were a party of three. My wife was chewing on her pizza, and she felt something hard. Upon examination, it turned out to be a sharp, thin, stiff wire, about a quarter inch long. We brought this to our waitress’s attention and handed the wire to her. She took it, thanked us and.. . . . nothing. We expected a manager to come over to apologize for what, if ingested, could have led to serious internal complications. But nothing. Someone should have come over and said they’d let the manager know. Had a manager contacted us to apologize, I wouldn’t have minded paying for that pizza, but receiving no reaction at all made the incident doubly regrettable when the pizza in question showed up on the bill. This was poorly done.
