点评:My second time dining at Jardin and I'm looking forward to my third. Our evening started with enjoying the outside porch before we were brought in to our table. The inside porch at The Hugh is a lovely place for dinner.
We started with locally sourced crudites and from there we let the ten course journey begin. Each course was just wonderful and we all looked forward to the next. There were plenty of oohs and aahs as we were presented with plates that were beautiful and more importantly tasted amazing. This plant forward menu left us all in amazement. The aroma from the mushroom risotto, reminded me of when I was young, eating the wild mushrooms my grandfather would pick for us. I've never smelled them like that since and they tasted just as good. Our scallop course and duck course were also delicious. Each course was wonderfully explained when it was served and it was fun to sample all the tastes from all the details that were included in each dish. Chef Schultz came out to chat and check up on us, and service was impeccable. Our evening was to celebrate a birthday but sampling Jardin with the seasons is going to be our plan.
